Non-QM Loans

Non-qualified mortgages are given to borrowers who can’t meet the requirements for a traditional loan. These borrowers may have an unusual financial situation that makes getting a qualified mortgage difficult. They can also be an option for borrowers with bad credit.

  • DSCR Loans

    DSCR Loans

Debt Service Coverage Ration (DSCR) Loans are specifically geared toward investors. There is no need to verify income. You can finance up to 20 properties. Long-term and short-term rental properties can be included.

  • Bank Statement Loans

Self-employed borrowers can have a hard time qualifying for a conventional loan. Entrepreneurs and independent contractors can obtain a home loan using this instead. Bank statement loans allow income verification based on at least one year of bank statements.
